A structured exchange on dilemmas of thinking and decision-making
What this is
A Thinking Session is a time-limited, one-to-one conversation focused on a single dilemma of thinking or decision-making.
It is intended for people who are not looking for advice,
but for clarity of structure.
The session draws on perspectives from neuroscience and philosophy.
Its purpose is examination, not resolution.
What this is not
This format does not provide:
- advice
- coaching
- therapy
- medical or psychological services
It does not respond to personal situations
and it does not offer recommendations
How a session works
- Duration: 45 minutes
- Format: online
- Focus: one clearly formulated dilemma
- Clarification – isolating the dilemma from biography
- Structuring – identifying the underlying cognitive and conceptual tensions
- Summary – articulating the dilemma more precisely, without resolving it
The session follows three internal steps:
There is no follow-up and no ongoing correspondence.
Who this is for
This format is intended for people who:
- think carefully but feel conceptually stuck
- want their dilemma examined, not treated
- value precision over reassurance
It is not intended for acute distress or personal crisis
